2026 SCVC Registration Information

The 4th Annual Sun City Veterinary Conference is an amazing opportunity learn and receive hand-on training from leading experts in veterinary medicine! Below is some helpful information to make the most of your weekend. Please browse the menu at the top of the page for in-depth information about each event.

8 Hours of RACE-approved Continuing Education will be held Sunday, September 27, 2026 at the El Paso City Zoo. Complementary breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided.

4 Hours of RACE-approved hands-on lab Continuing Education will be available Saturday, September 26, 2026 at PIMA Medical Institute.

The acupuncture and dental labs are held at the same time, so each attendee can only register for one lab

Hands-on laboratory sessions are only available as bundles with the Sunday Symposium

Behind the scenes, zoo animal encounters and demonstrations are available for Sunday Symposium attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. PLEASE: During checkout, select only one behind-the-scenes ticket per registrant

Reduced price ($12) entrance tickets for the El Paso City Zoo will be available at the box office the day of the conference for the families of attendees who wish to explore the zoo

Special pricing hotel room blocks are available to book until August 25, 2026 (Please see link at the top of the page for more information).
